General Guidelines
- You should store vitamins and supplements in a cool and dry place.
- Make sure they are sealed tight after using them and placed out of the reach of children.
- Never mix supplements from one bottle with another.

The humidity and heat in the bathroom can reduce the effectiveness and potency of supplements over time.

Ovens, stovetops, and refrigerators cause temperature fluctuations that can also reduce the effectiveness of supplements.
Your sink and the steam generated while cooking also produce a lot moisture. -
The Fridge
Although some ingredients like probiotics and fish oils benefit from refrigeration, there is a lot of moisture inside the fridge that can affect the other ingredients.
