I have been taking this as my post workout drink for roughly a year or so. I really do like this supplement. At 67 years of age. I need all the help I can get to maintain, and maybe even possibly pack on a couple pounds of muscle, here and there. It has a great taste, and contains all those ingredients that I have read articles about, to help accomplish my goals. I seem to be holding onto the muscle size that I have spent the better part of 5 decades. So I will continue to take this for the remainder of the time that I am able to workout.

I got some things a while ago and the packaging could be better to keep things from squishing. Also the safe seal should be longer so you can't just pull it off without tearing the perforation. The product is great though. In my package I had some pre workout that was squished and broke the seal. And the box was dented and ripped open.
