How do I cancel my order?
To cancel a recent order, contact us by email or live chat with your name and order number.
Orders typically ship within 24 hours. We cannot cancel them once they do.

To change your billing or shipping address, go to your account, click on 'Addresses' at the top of the page, then edit or delete the address you want.
To change the shipping address for a recent order, contact us with your order number.
