Our customer service team can help you sign up and answer any and all questions you may have, reach them via our website’s live chat or email.
Who is eligible for the Drops Club?
Anyone in the U.S. or Canada who has an address that can receive USPS, UPS, or FedEx packages.
Why do I have to give my credit card before ordering?
In order to easily bill you when you respond to the text message offers, we ask (one time only) for your credit card information and store it securely in an encrypted platform called Stripe. Your card will only be charged if you make an order.
How do I place an order?
All you need to do is respond to the text message with the number of products you'd like to purchase (1, 2…) and we'll ship your order to the address you entered on file and charge your credit card.
When do I receive my order?
All our products are shipped within 1 business day. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days.
Can I cancel my order by texting?
Unfortunately at this time, there is no keyword that you can text to automatically cancel, however you may try to cancel by reaching out to us as quickly as possible (e.g within a couple of hours of placing the order) by contacting our Customer Service team via our website’s live chat or email.
How often will you text me?
We will text you once every few weeks about our latest drop. When you order, you’ll also receive a confirmation reply text & then another text with tracking info.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is specified in the texts you receive. It ranges from free shipping to about $6. May also depend on your location.
