Valerian Root Extract

Valerian is a popular natural sleep aid with a long history of traditional use. A recent meta-analysis concluded that it can improve sleep quality without side effects. (Who doesn’t want that?)

L-Tryptophan

A naturally occurring amino acid that your body can convert into serotonin and melatonin, among other things. Serotonin is involved in the regulation of mood and appetite, whereas melatonin is involved in sleep regulation. 

Sensoril®

English Lavender Flower Powder

Boron
