14-16 oz water
Assess your tolerance with half a scoop mixed with 8-10 oz of water, 15 to 30 minutes before your workout. Then continue with 1 scoop 15 to 30 minutes before workouts mixed with 14-16 oz of water.

Great product no jitters taste like sours blue raspberry candy
I’ve tried several pre workouts. This one doesn’t give you the beta tingles but gives a nice workout boost/
Tried the sample and liked it so much I had to get the full size tub of pineapple… tons of energy without the jitters that lasts for the whole hour and a half I’m at the gym each morning. I’ll definitely keep using this.
