What are net carbs?
Net carbs = total carbs - fiber. Each serving of immi ramen has 5-6g of net carbs. Not all carbs are the same. Specifically, the fiber in immi ramen is great for your digestive health and doesn’t raise your blood sugar.

We think so! We’ve spent years sourcing high quality, nutritious ingredients so you can enrich your health and satisfy your ramen cravings. Yes. immi is a keto friendly product with just 5-6g of net carbs per serving. We intentionally designed our ramen for low-carb, keto, and carb-restricted lifestyles. Most people can consume three meals of immi ramen per day while still abiding by most low-carb and keto needs.
How long does immi last?
Our ramen will last up to 9 months when stored at room temperature without the need for refrigeration or freezing.
Will a serving of immi keep me full?
A serving of immi ramen is equivalent to a bowl full of ramen noodles and soup, around 12 ounces. Because our ramen is packed with a whopping 21-22g of protein and 18-19g of fiber, you’ll find that immi ramen will often leave you feeling happily full for hours.
What exactly are natural flavors?
The natural flavors used in our recipes only come from things found in nature, like spices, fruits, and plants. Our natural flavors are non-GMO and don’t contain any artificial colors or preservatives.
Is immi ramen vegan friendly?
immi ramen is a vegan friendly option and all of our ingredients are plant-based. We plan on getting our noodles vegan certified in the future.
Do kids eat and enjoy immi?
Absolutely! immi tastes just like the “unhealthy” ramen but without all the bad stuff so your kids will love eating immi.
Is immi ramen gluten or grain free?
immi ramen is not Gluten-Free. We don't currently have plans for a gluten-free ramen in the immediate future, but we're keeping it in mind as we continue to expand our product lines. If a gluten-free ramen is something of interest to you definitely shoot us an email at fam@immieats.com.
