Real Keto™ Fat Burner is specifically formulated to help alleviate and prevent the fat-loss plateaus on a keto diet (keto plateaus). It contains Keto Lipotropics, a synergistic “super-stack” of nutrients known as lipotropics. Your body depends on lipotropics to transport fat to the liver and muscles where it can be burned as fuel. This is especially so on a keto diet because of the way it works.
It also helps prevent metabolic slowdowns (another potential cause of keto plateaus) by supporting healthy levels of thyroid hormone, metabolism and energy.

Inositol
Functions as a lipotropic and is also used to help regulate mood.
Trimethylglycine
Also known as betaine anhydrous, is the fourth member of the Keto Lipotropics super-stack. Like the other members of the stack, it has numerous beneficial roles, including helping transport fat to fat-burning tissues.
Caffeine
Stimulates your metabolism by reducing fatigue (increasing energy) and increasing thermogenesis. Thermogenesis is a natural process by which your body burns off calories in the form of heat.
Tyrosine
Combined with iodine to produce thyroid hormone in the thyroid gland. Thyroid hormone regulates your metabolic rate, i.e. the speed at which your metabolism burns calories, including fat. The dramatic reduction of carbohydrate intake required on a keto diet may result in suboptimal thyroid hormone levels and, in turn, a metabolic slowdown. We also combined it with guggul extract to support healthy thyroid hormone levels.
Guggul (Commiphora mukul) Gum Extract
Contains compounds known as guggulsterones that support healthy thyroid function.
Pantothenic Acid
Also known as vitamin B5, is essential for proper energy and fat metabolism. A suboptimal intake of this vitamin could increase the risk of hitting a fat-loss plateau on a keto diet.
DL-Phenylalanine
Consists of two forms of the amino acid phenylalanine. We added it to Real Keto Fat Burner to enhance mood and appetite control.
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)
Supports healthy levels of serotonin, a neurotransmitter involved in the regulation of mood and appetite. Combined with DL-phenylalanine, it helps you turn your frown upside down, relieve cravings for carbs and prevent emotional eating.

United StatesHad a plateau on Keto and this seems to have got me back to dropping the weight. Or I just moved past it, either way I'm happy to be dropping pounds again. My only gripe is the smell of the capsules is nasty.
United StatesOnly gave four stars because I cannot scientifically prove this. Like many folks having an issue with a plateau in my diet progress. More than once. I have to believe that the use of the Keto Fat Burner has played a role in my ability to continue with my weight loss. Before I would flatten out for a week or even two, now my worst result is just less weight loss but at least some weight loss throughout all the ups and downs. Some better weeks I’ve had results of three and 4 pounds. I have re-ordered and plan to do so again until I reach my goal. I consider myself a skeptic regarding many products I am a consumer of until I am proven otherwise and feel that this has helped me a break through the incredibly frustrating plateaus.

I'd prefer a powder that could be mixed in with a protein shake in the morning - hence the 4 stars instead of 5 but that is my singular dislike and not enough to not recommend or stop using it.
Yes. You can take Real Keto™ Fat Burner when you start a keto diet, or at any time along the way, to help prevent or alleviate a fat-loss plateau.
If you’re no longer doing keto, we recommend you use Old School Labs’ Vintage Burn™ fat-burning formula. If you decide to get back on the keto wagon :), you can switch back to Real Keto™ Fat Burner.
Any form of cardio, such as climbing stairs, running or brisk walking, spinning or the like will encourage fat loss. So be sure to include plenty in your workout routine.
Also, when doing resistance exercise (i.e. lifting weights), try increasing your reps to 20 or 30 per set, depending on your experience level. (Work yourself up to it, as you may get pretty sore.) This will help your muscles “pop” with more shape and definition. Some say the idea that high reps produces greater muscle definition is a myth, not based on science. But try it for yourself and see!
You can, although, especially if your workouts involve resistance exercise, we recommend taking Real Keto™ Pre-workout, since it was specifically designed for that purpose.
